Adoption Application

Thank you for opting to adopt your best friend from Redemption Dogs! We request the following information so that we can endeavour to assist you in the selection of your new family member. This form, along with a consultation with an Adoption Counsellor, is designed to help us find the pet most compatible with your lifestyle. All our animals available for adoption have been sterilised, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and treated for ticks and fleas. We charge an adoption fee of R 1000.00, which helps cover the costs incurred. Once this adoption application has been approved, we will contact you to arrange the next step of the adoption process. Please note that completion of this adoption application does not guarantee adoption.
